2 Zetwal la louvri pi ki mennen nan gwo twou san fon an. Yon gwo lafimen soti ladan l’, tankou lafimen yon gwo fou k’ap boule. Lafimen ki t’ap soti nan pi a bouche solèy la. Sièl la vin tou nwa.
3 Yon bann krikèt vèt soti nan lafimen an, yo mache ale toupatou sou latè. Yo te ba yo menm pouvwa ak eskòpyon.
4 Yo te di yo pou yo pa t’ fè malè sou okenn zèb, ni sou okenn piebwa ni sou okenn lòt plant. Se sou moun sèlman pou yo te fè malè. Epi se pa sou tout moun non, sèlman sou moun ki pa t’ pote mak letanp Bondye a sou fwon yo.
5 Krikèt yo pa t’ gen dwa touye moun sa yo. Men, pandan senk mwa yo te gen dwa fè yo soufri. Krikèt yo fè moun yo soufri tankou si se eskòpyon ki te mòde yo.
6 Pandan senk mwa sa yo, moun va chache lanmò, men yo p’ap jwenn lanmò. Y’a anvi mouri, men lanmò va pase lwen yo.
7 Krikèt yo te sanble ak chwal ki pare pou al nan batay. Sou tèt yo chak te gen yon bagay ki sanble ak yon kouwòn lò. Figi yo menm te tankou figi moun.
8 Yo te gen cheve sou tèt yo tankou cheve fi. Dan yo menm te tankou dan lyon.
9 Sou lestonmak yo, yo te gen yon plak an fè pou pwoteje yo. Lè yo bat zèl yo, yo fè bri tankou yon bann kabwèt chwal ki pral nan batay.
10 Yo gen menm ke ak eskòpyon, ak yon pikan nan pwent ke a. Se avèk ke yo yo te gen pouvwa fè moun mechanste pandan senk mwa.
11 Yo te gen yon wa alatèt yo. Se zanj gwo twou san fon an. Nan lang ebre yo rele l’: Abadon. Nan lang grèk yo rele l’: Apolyon, ki vle di: moun k’ap krase brize a.
12 Premie malè a te pase. Te gen de (2) lòt malè ankò ki te gen pou vini apre sa.
13 Lè sa a, sizièm zanj lan kònen klewon l’ lan. Mwen tande yon vwa ki t’ap soti nan kat kwen lotèl an lò ki te devan Bondye a.
14 Vwa a pale ak sizièm zanj ki te kenbe klewon an. Li di li konsa: Lage kat zanj ki mare nan chenn bò gwo larivyè Lefrat la.
15 Yo lage kat zanj yo. Yo te pare yo pou sa menm, pou lè sa a, pou jou sa a, nan mwa sa a, nan lanne sa a, pou yo te ka touye yon moun sou chak twa moun ki sou latè.
16 Yo di m’ kantite sòlda sou chwal ki te genyen: Te gen desan milyon (200.000.000).
17 Men ki jan mwen te wè chwal yo ak kavalie yo nan vizyon an: Kavalie yo te gen yon kalite chemiz an fè pou pwoteje lestonmak yo. Chemiz yo te wouj kou dife, ble kou digo, jòn kou safran. Tèt chwal yo menm te tankou tèt lyon. Dife ansanm ak lafimen epi souf t’ap soti nan bouch yo.
18 Twa bagay sa yo ki t’ap soti nan bouch chwal yo, se te twa kalamite ki te touye yon moun sou chak twa moun sou latè.
19 Paske se nan bouch yo chwal yo te gen tout pouvwa sa a ansanm ak nan ke yo. Baton ke yo menm te sanble ak sèpan: yo te gen yon tèt pou yo te fè moun mechanste.
20 Malgre sa, rès moun sou latè yo, sa ki pa t’ mouri anba kalamite sa yo, pa t’ sispann adore Satan ak zidòl fèt an lò, an ajan, an bwonz, an wòch oswa an bwa, zidòl ki pa ka wè, ki pa ka tande, ki pa ka mache.
21 Wi, atousa, moun sa yo pa t’ chanje jan yo t’ap viv la, yo pa t’ sispann touye moun, fè maji, lage kò yo nan imoralite ak vòlò zafè moun.

Apocalypse 9
1 Le cinquième ange sonna de la trompette. Et je vis une étoile qui était tombée du ciel sur la terre. La clef du puits de l’abîme lui fut donnée,
2 et elle ouvrit le puits de l’abîme. Et il monta du puits une fumée, comme la fumée d’une grande fournaise; et le soleil et l’air furent obscurcis par la fumée du puits.
3 De la fumée sortirent des sauterelles, qui se répandirent sur la terre; et il leur fut donné un pouvoir comme le pouvoir qu’ont les scorpions de la terre.
4 Il leur fut dit de ne point faire de mal à l’herbe de la terre, ni à aucune verdure, ni à aucun arbre, mais seulement aux hommes qui n’avaient pas le sceau de Dieu sur le front.
5 Il leur fut donné, non de les tuer, mais de les tourmenter pendant cinq mois; et le tourment qu’elles causaient était comme le tourment que cause le scorpion, quand il pique un homme.
6 En ces jours-là, les hommes chercheront la mort, et ils ne la trouveront pas; ils désireront mourir, et la mort fuira loin d’eux.
7 Ces sauterelles ressemblaient à des chevaux préparés pour le combat; il y avait sur leurs têtes comme des couronnes semblables à de l’or, et leurs visages étaient comme des visages d’hommes.
8 Elles avaient des cheveux comme des cheveux de femmes, et leurs dents étaient comme des dents de lions.
9 Elles avaient des cuirasses comme des cuirasses de fer, et le bruit de leurs ailes était comme un bruit de chars à plusieurs chevaux qui courent au combat.
10 Elles avaient des queues semblables à des scorpions et des aiguillons, et c’est dans leurs queues qu’était le pouvoir de faire du mal aux hommes pendant cinq mois.
11 Elles avaient sur elles comme roi l’ange de l’abîme, nommé en hébreu Abaddon, et en grec Apollyon.
12 Le premier malheur est passé. Voici il vient encore deux malheurs après cela.
13 Le sixième ange sonna de la trompette. Et j’entendis une voix venant des quatre cornes de l’autel d’or qui est devant Dieu,
14 et disant au sixième ange qui avait la trompette: Délie les quatre anges qui sont liés sur le grand fleuve d’Euphrate.
15 Et les quatre anges qui étaient prêts pour l’heure, le jour, le mois et l’année, furent déliés afin qu’ils tuassent le tiers des hommes.
16 Le nombre des cavaliers de l’armée était de deux myriades de myriades: j’en entendis le nombre.
17 Et ainsi je vis les chevaux dans la vision, et ceux qui les montaient, ayant des cuirasses couleur de feu, d’hyacinthe, et de soufre. Les têtes des chevaux étaient comme des têtes de lions; et de leurs bouches il sortait du feu, de la fumée, et du soufre.
18 Le tiers des hommes fut tué par ces trois fléaux, par le feu, par la fumée, et par le soufre, qui sortaient de leurs bouches.
19 Car le pouvoir des chevaux était dans leurs bouches et dans leurs queues; leurs queues étaient semblables à des serpents ayant des têtes, et c’est avec elles qu’ils faisaient du mal.
20 Les autres hommes qui ne furent pas tués par ces fléaux ne se repentirent pas des oeuvres de leurs mains, de manière à ne point adorer les démons, et les idoles d’or, d’argent, d’airain, de pierre et de bois, qui ne peuvent ni voir, ni entendre, ni marcher;
21 et ils ne se repentirent pas de leurs meurtres, ni de leurs enchantements, ni de leur impudicité ni de leurs vols.

Revelation 9
1 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
