1 Salomon fè fè tou yon lotèl kwiv kare kare, ki te mezire trant pye lajè sou trant pye longè ak kenz pye wotè.
2 Li fè fè ankò yon gwo basen an kwiv tou won pou mete dlo. Basen lan te mezire kenz pye lajè ak sèt pye edmi wotè. Le ou mezire wonn li, li ba ou karannsenk pye.
3 Sou tout wonn basen lan sou deyò, te gen de ranje pòtre ki sanble pòtre bèf. Yo te an kwiv, yon ti jan anba rebò a. Te gen dis pòtre pou chak pye edmi. Yo te fè yon sèl kò ak basen lan. Yo te koule yo ansanm.
4 Basen lan te chita sou do douz towo fèt an kwiv. Fas yo bay sou deyò, fas twa bay sou solèy leve, fas twa bay sou bò nò, fas twa bay sou solèy kouche ak fas twa bay sou bò sid. Basen lan menm te chita sou dèyè yo ki te bay sou anndan.
5 Rebò basen lan te gen twa pous epesè. Rebò a te tankou rebò yon tas. Li te fè yon ti vire sou deyò tankou yon flè ki louvri. Basen lan te ka kenbe kenzmil (15.000) galon dlo konsa.
6 Li fè fè dis lòt basen an kwiv. Li mete senk sou bò dwat ak senk sou bò gòch. Se la yo te lave vyann bèt yo te gen pou boule nèt sou lotèl la. Prèt yo menm te sèvi ak dlo ki te nan gwo basen lan pou lave kò yo.
7 Salomon fè fè dis gwo lanp sèt branch an lò, dapre jan pou yo te fè yo a. Li mete yo nan Tanp lan, senk sou bò gòch, senk sou bò dwat.
8 Li fè fè dis tab pou mete nan Tanp lan tou, senk sou bò gòch, senk sou bò dwat. Li fè fè san bòl an lò.
9 Li fè yo bati lakou anndan an pou prèt yo ak gwo lakou a ak tout pòtay li yo. Tout pòtay yo te kouvri ak kwiv.
10 Li fè mete gwo basen lan menm sou bò dwat Tanp lan, nan kwen sidès la.
11 Iram te fè plato pou sann dife, pèl ak kivèt. Se konsa li te fin fè tout travay Salomon te mande l’ fè pou Tanp Seyè a.
12 Men sa li te fè: de gwo poto won yo, de blòk won yon ti jan pi gwo pou ale sou tèt poto yo, ak desen ti chenn mare yonn ak lòt ki te kouvri de blòk tèt poto yo,
13 katsan (400) pòtre grenad ki pou ale sou de ran nan desen ki kouvri blòk won ki sou tèt poto yo,
14 dis kabwa yo, dis basen ki pou ale sou kabwa yo,
15 yon gwo basen tou won pou mete dlo, douz towo pou soutni basen lan,
16 plato pou sann yo, pèl yo ak fouchèt yo. Bòs Iram te fè tout bagay sa yo an kwiv poli pou Tanp Seyè a, dapre lòd li te resevwa nan men wa Salomon.
17 Wa a te fè fonn yo nan moul tè nan fon Jouden an, ant lavil Soukòt ak lavil Zaretan.
18 Te sitèlman gen anpil bagay fèt an kwiv, Salomon pa t’ chache konn pèz yo.
19 Salomon fè fè tout mèb an lò yo te bezwen pou Tanp lan: lotèl la, tab pou pen yo mete apa pou Bondye yo,
20 gwo lanp sèt branch yo ak tèt lanp fèt ak bon lò yo ki fèt pou limen devan pyès yo mete apa nèt pou Seyè a, jan pou yo fè l’ la,
21 flè yo, lanp yo ak pensèt pou gwo lanp sèt branch yo,
22 kouto yo, gode yo, bòl yo, recho pou pote chabon tou limen yo. Tout bagay sa yo te fèt ak bon jan lò. Batan pòt ki bay sou deyò Tanp lan ak batan pòt ki bay sou pyès ki apa nèt pou Seyè a te kouvri nèt ak lò tou.

1 Il fit un autel d’airain, long de vingt coudées, large de vingt coudées, et haut de dix coudées.
2 Il fit la mer de fonte. Elle avait dix coudées d’un bord à l’autre, une forme entièrement ronde, cinq coudées de hauteur, et une circonférence que mesurait un cordon de trente coudées.
3 Des figures de boeufs l’entouraient au-dessous de son bord, dix par coudée, faisant tout le tour de la mer; les boeufs, disposés sur deux rangs, étaient fondus avec elle en une seule pièce.
4 Elle était posée sur douze boeufs, dont trois tournés vers le nord, trois tournés vers l’occident, trois tournés vers le midi, et trois tournés vers l’orient; la mer était sur eux, et toute la partie postérieure de leur corps était en dedans.
5 Son épaisseur était d’un palme; et son bord, semblable au bord d’une coupe, était façonné en fleur de lis. Elle pouvait contenir trois mille baths.
6 Il fit dix bassins, et il en plaça cinq à droite et cinq à gauche, pour qu’ils servissent aux purifications: on y lavait les diverses parties des holocaustes. La mer était destinée aux ablutions des sacrificateurs.
7 Il fit dix chandeliers d’or, selon l’ordonnance qui les concernait, et il les plaça dans le temple, cinq à droite et cinq à gauche.
8 Il fit dix tables, et il les plaça dans le temple, cinq à droite et cinq à gauche. Il fit cent coupes d’or.
9 Il fit le parvis des sacrificateurs, et le grand parvis avec ses portes, dont il couvrit d’airain les battants.
10 Il plaça la mer du côté droit, au sud-est.
11 Huram fit les cendriers, les pelles et les coupes. Ainsi Huram acheva l’ouvrage que le roi Salomon lui fit faire pour la maison de Dieu:
12 deux colonnes, avec les deux chapiteaux et leurs bourrelets sur le sommet des colonnes; les deux treillis, pour couvrir les deux bourrelets des chapiteaux sur le sommet des colonnes;
13 les quatre cents grenades pour les deux treillis, deux rangées de grenades par treillis, pour couvrir les deux bourrelets des chapiteaux sur le sommet des colonnes;
14 les dix bases, et les dix bassins sur les bases;
15 la mer, et les douze boeufs sous elle;
16 les cendriers, les pelles et les fourchettes. Tous ces ustensiles que le roi Salomon fit faire à Huram Abi pour la maison de l’Éternel étaient d’airain poli.
17 Le roi les fit fondre dans la plaine du Jourdain, dans un sol argileux, entre Succoth et Tseréda.
18 Salomon fit tous ces ustensiles en si grande quantité que l’on ne vérifia pas le poids de l’airain.
19 Salomon fit encore tous les autres ustensiles pour la maison de Dieu: l’autel d’or; les tables sur lesquelles on mettait les pains de proposition;
20 les chandeliers et leurs lampes d’or pur, qu’on devait allumer selon l’ordonnance devant le sanctuaire,
21 les fleurs, les lampes et les mouchettes d’or, d’or très pur;
22 les couteaux, les coupes, les tasses et les brasiers d’or pur; et les battants d’or pour la porte de l’intérieur de la maison à l’entrée du lieu très saint, et pour la porte de la maison à l’entrée du temple.

Moreover he made an altar of brass, twenty cubits the length thereof, and twenty cubits the breadth thereof, and ten cubits the height thereof.
2 Also he made a molten sea of ten cubits from brim to brim, round in compass, and five cubits the height thereof; and a line of thirty cubits did compass it round about.
3 And under it was the similitude of oxen, which did compass it round about: ten in a cubit, compassing the sea round about. Two rows of oxen were cast, when it was cast.
4 It stood upon twelve oxen, three looking toward the north, and three looking toward the west, and three looking toward the south, and three looking toward the east: and the sea was set above upon them, and all their hinder parts were inward.
5 And the thickness of it was an handbreadth, and the brim of it like the work of the brim of a cup, with flowers of lilies; and it received and held three thousand baths.
6 He made also ten lavers, and put five on the right hand, and five on the left, to wash in them: such things as they offered for the burnt offering they washed in them; but the sea was for the priests to wash in.
7 And he made ten candlesticks of gold according to their form, and set them in the temple, five on the right hand, and five on the left.
8 He made also ten tables, and placed them in the temple, five on the right side, and five on the left. And he made an hundred basons of gold.
9 Furthermore he made the court of the priests, and the great court, and doors for the court, and overlaid the doors of them with brass.
10 And he set the sea on the right side of the east end, over against the south.
11 And Huram made the pots, and the shovels, and the basons. And Huram finished the work that he was to make for king Solomon for the house of God;
12 To wit, the two pillars, and the pommels, and the chapiters which were on the top of the two pillars, and the two wreaths to cover the two pommels of the chapiters which were on the top of the pillars;
13 And four hundred pomegranates on the two wreaths; two rows of pomegranates on each wreath, to cover the two pommels of the chapiters which were upon the pillars.
14 He made also bases, and lavers made he upon the bases;
15 One sea, and twelve oxen under it.
16 The pots also, and the shovels, and the fleshhooks, and all their instruments, did Huram his father make to king Solomon for the house of the Lord of bright brass.
17 In the plain of Jordan did the king cast them, in the clay ground between Succoth and Zeredathah.
18 Thus Solomon made all these vessels in great abundance: for the weight of the brass could not be found out.
19 And Solomon made all the vessels that were for the house of God, the golden altar also, and the tables whereon the shewbread was set;
20 Moreover the candlesticks with their lamps, that they should burn after the manner before the oracle, of pure gold;
21 And the flowers, and the lamps, and the tongs, made he of gold, and that perfect gold;
22 And the snuffers, and the basons, and the spoons, and the censers, of pure gold: and the entry of the house, the inner doors thereof for the most holy place, and the doors of the house of the temple, were of gold.
