Sòm 66
1 Pou chèf sanba yo. Chante sa a se yon sòm li ye. Nou tout ki rete sou latè, rele ak kè kontan pou Bondye! Fe fèt pou fè lwanj Bondye!
2 Chante pouvwa Bondye! Fè gwo fèt pou fè lwanj li!
3 Di Bondye: -Sa ou fè yo se bagay ki pou fè moun respekte ou. Ou sitèlman gen pouvwa, lènmi ou yo ap flate ou.
4 Tout moun ki rete sou latè ap adore ou. Y’ap chante pou ou, y’ap chante pou sa ou fè.
5 Vini non! Al gade sa Bondye fè! Li fè bagay ki pou fè moun sou latè respekte li.
6 Li fè fon lanmè a tounen tè sèk: Zansèt nou yo travèse rivyè a san pye yo pa mouye. Ann fè kè nou kontan pou sa li te fè!
7 Avèk fòs kouraj li l’ap dominen pou tout tan. L’ap gade tout sa nasyon yo ap fè. Si gen moun ki vle fè rebèl, pito yo pa leve tèt yo?
8 Nou menm pèp yo, di Bondye mèsi! Fè tout moun tande jan n’ap fè lwanj li!
9 Se li menm ki ban nou lavi. Li pa kite pye nou glise.
10 Bondye, ou te fè nou pase anba tray pou ou te wè kote nou ye. Wi, menm jan yo pase lò nan dife pou wè si li bon, se konsa ou te fè nou pase anba tray.
11 Ou te kite nou tonbe nan pèlen an. Ou te mete yon chay lou sou do nou.
12 Ou kite nenpòt moun ap pase nou lòd. Nou pase nan dife, nou pase nan gwo dlo. Men, ou wete nou nan tout move pa, ou delivre nou.
13 M’a vin lakay ou ak bèt pou yo boule pou ou, m’a ofri ou sa mwen te pwomèt ou a.
14 M’a kenbe pawòl mwen te di lè m’ te nan tray la.
15 M’a ofri mouton byen gra pou yo boule pou ou sou lotèl la, ansanm ak odè vyann y’ap boukannen pou ou. Wi, m’a ofri ou towo bèf ak bouk kabrit.
16 vin koute non, nou tout ki gen krentif pou Bondye. M’a di nou sa Bondye fè pou mwen.
17 Mwen rele nan pye l’, mwen te deja pare pou m’ te fè lwanj li.
18 Si mwen te gen move lide nan tèt mwen, Seyè a pa ta koute sa m’ t’ap di l’ la.
19 Men Bondye te koute sa m’ t’ap di l’ la, li te tande m’ lè m’ t’ap lapriyè.
20 Lwanj pou Bondye! Mèsi Bondye! Ou pa t’ kite m’ lapriyè pou gremesi. Ou pa t’ refize fè m’ wè jan ou gen bon kè.

Psaumes 66
1 Au chef des chantres. Cantique. Psaume. Poussez vers Dieu des cris de joie, Vous tous, habitants de la terre!
2 Chantez la gloire de son nom, Célébrez sa gloire par vos louanges!
3 Dites à Dieu: Que tes oeuvres sont redoutables! A cause de la grandeur de ta force, tes ennemis te flattent.
4 Toute la terre se prosterne devant toi et chante en ton honneur; Elle chante ton nom. -Pause.
5 Venez et contemplez les oeuvres de Dieu! Il est redoutable quand il agit sur les fils de l’homme.
6 Il changea la mer en une terre sèche, On traversa le fleuve à pied: Alors nous nous réjouîmes en lui.
7 Il domine éternellement par sa puissance, Ses yeux observent les nations: Que les rebelles ne s’élèvent pas! -Pause.
8 Peuples, bénissez notre Dieu, Faites retentir sa louange!
9 Il a conservé la vie à notre âme, Et il n’a pas permis que notre pied chancelât.
10 Car tu nous as éprouvés, ô Dieu! Tu nous as fait passer au creuset comme l’argent.
11 Tu nous as amenés dans le filet, Tu as mis sur nos reins un pesant fardeau,
12 Tu as fait monter des hommes sur nos têtes; Nous avons passé par le feu et par l’eau. Mais tu nous en as tirés pour nous donner l’abondance.
13 J’irai dans ta maison avec des holocaustes, J’accomplirai mes voeux envers toi:
14 Pour eux mes lèvres se sont ouvertes, Et ma bouche les a prononcés dans ma détresse.
15 Je t’offrirai des brebis grasses en holocauste, Avec la graisse des béliers; Je sacrifierai des brebis avec des boucs. -Pause.
16 Venez, écoutez, vous tous qui craignez Dieu, et je raconterai Ce qu’il a fait à mon âme.
17 J’ai crié à lui de ma bouche, Et la louange a été sur ma langue.
18 Si j’avais conçu l’iniquité dans mon coeur, Le Seigneur ne m’aurait pas exaucé.
19 Mais Dieu m’a exaucé, Il a été attentif à la voix de ma prière.
20 Béni soit Dieu, Qui n’a pas rejeté ma prière, Et qui ne m’a pas retiré sa bonté!

Psalm 66
1 Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands:
2 Sing forth the honour of his name: make his praise glorious.
3 Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.
4 All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. Selah.
5 Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in his doing toward the children of men.
6 He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the flood on foot: there did we rejoice in him.
7 He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes behold the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.
8 O bless our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard:
9 Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
10 For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
11 Thou broughtest us into the net; thou laidst affliction upon our loins.
12 Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.
13 I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows,
14 Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
15 I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.
16 Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
17 I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
19 But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
