Ézayi 32
1 Yon jou, va gen yon wa k’ap gouvènen peyi a san patipri. Chèf yo va dirije peyi a jan sa dwe fèt.
2 Yo chak pral tankou kote moun al kache pou move van, tankou kote moun al kache pou van tanpèt. Y’ap tankou yon sous dlo k’ap koule nan dezè, tankou yon kokenn wòch k’ap bay lonbray kote ki pa gen dlo.
3 Je tout moun va louvri pou yo wè sa k’ap pase. Zòrèy tout moun va louvri pou yo konnen sa k’ap fèt nan peyi a.
4 Moun kè cho yo va pran san yo pou yo konprann anvan yo aji. Moun bege yo pral pale byen klè pou tout moun konprann.
5 P’ap gen moun k’ap asepte pran moun sòt pou moun debyen, ni bakoulou pou bon moun.
6 Moun sòt yo ap plede di yon bann vye koze san sans. Y’ap fè move lide nan tèt yo. Konsa, y’ap fè bagay Bondye pa vle moun fè, y’ap bay manti sou Bondye. Yo p’ap janm bay moun ki grangou yon ti manje, yo p’ap janm bay moun ki swaf dlo yon ti gout dlo pou yo bwè.
7 Bakoulou, se koken k’ap fè mechanste. L’ap fè move plan nan tèt li pou l’ woule pòv malere yo anba manti, pou l’ enpoze endijan yo jwenn jistis.
8 Men, bon moun, se toujou sa ki byen l’ap chache fè, li p’ap janm fè anyen ki pa sa.
9 ¶ Nou menm medam k’ap viv alèz yo, leve non. Koute sa m’ap di! Nou menm medam ki san pwoblèm yo, louvri zòrèy nou tande sa m’ap di:
10 Bann paresèz, nan ennan ankò, nou pral nan kont traka nou, paske p’ap gen rezen pou nou keyi, p’ap gen rekòt rezen k’ap fèt.
11 Bann byennerèz, nou pral nan ka! Bann paresèz, nou pral tranble! Wete rad sou nou, rete toutouni, mare ren nou ak ranyon,
12 paske nou pral nan lapenn lè n’a chonje bèl jaden ak bèl grap rezen nou yo, lè n’a wè se pikan ak raje k’ap pouse nan tout jaden pèp mwen an.
13 Nou pral kriye lè n’a chonje tout kay kote moun yo te konn gen kè kontan nan lavil ki te gen anpil aktivite a.
14 Kay wa a ap rete san pesonn ladan l’. Tout moun pral kouri kite kapital la. Bit mòn Ofèl la ak fò ki t’ap pwoteje l’ la pral tounen savann pou tout tan. Se la bourik mawon pral pran plezi yo, se la kabrit ak mouton pral chache manje.
15 Men, Bondye gen pou l’ voye lespri li desann sou nou ankò. Dezè a va tounen yon bon venn tè. Jaden nou yo va bay bèl rekòt.
16 Toupatou nan peyi a, nan dezè a kou nan jaden yo, p’ap gen lenjistis, ni patipri.
17 Paske tout moun ap fè sa ki dwat, y’a viv ak kè poze, san danje ni malè pou tout tan.
18 Pèp Bondye a va rete lakay yo ak kè poze, san danje. Yo p’ap gen pwoblèm.
19 Men lagrèl pral tonbe sou gwo rakbwa a. Yo pral kraze lavil la.
20 Ala kontan n’a kontan jwenn kont dlo nou pou fè jaden! Lè sa a, nou p’ap bezwen mete bèf ak bourik nou yo nan kòd ankò!

Ésaïe 32
1 Alors le roi régnera selon la justice, Et les princes gouverneront avec droiture.
2 Chacun sera comme un abri contre le vent, Et un refuge contre la tempête, Comme des courants d’eau dans un lieu desséché, Comme l’ombre d’un grand rocher dans une terre altérée.
3 Les yeux de ceux qui voient ne seront plus bouchés, Et les oreilles de ceux qui entendent seront attentives.
4 Le coeur des hommes légers sera intelligent pour comprendre, Et la langue de ceux qui balbutient parlera vite et nettement.
5 On ne donnera plus à l’insensé le nom de noble, Ni au fourbe celui de magnanime.
6 Car l’insensé profère des folies, Et son coeur s’adonne au mal, Pour commettre l’impiété, Et dire des faussetés contre l’Éternel, Pour laisser à vide l’âme de celui qui a faim, Et enlever le breuvage de celui qui a soif.
7 Les armes du fourbe sont pernicieuses; Il forme de coupables desseins, Pour perdre les malheureux par des paroles mensongères, Même quand la cause du pauvre est juste.
8 Mais celui qui est noble forme de nobles desseins, Et il persévère dans ses nobles desseins.
9 Femmes insouciantes, Levez-vous, écoutez ma voix! Filles indolentes, Prêtez l’oreille à ma parole!
10 Dans un an et quelques jours, Vous tremblerez, indolentes; Car c’en est fait de la vendange, La récolte n’arrivera pas.
11 Soyez dans l’effroi, insouciantes! Tremblez, indolentes! Déshabillez-vous, mettez-vous à nu Et ceignez vos reins!
12 On se frappe le sein, Au souvenir de la beauté des champs Et de la fécondité des vignes.
13 Sur la terre de mon peuple Croissent les épines et les ronces, Même dans toutes les maisons de plaisance De la cité joyeuse.
14 Le palais est abandonné, La ville bruyante est délaissée; La colline et la tour serviront à jamais de cavernes; Les ânes sauvages y joueront, les troupeaux y paîtront,
15 Jusqu’à ce que l’esprit soit répandu d’en haut sur nous, Et que le désert se change en verger, Et que le verger soit considéré comme une forêt.
16 Alors la droiture habitera dans le désert, Et la justice aura sa demeure dans le verger.
17 L’oeuvre de la justice sera la paix, Et le fruit de la justice le repos et la sécurité pour toujours.
18 Mon peuple demeurera dans le séjour de la paix, Dans des habitations sûres, Dans des asiles tranquilles.
19 Mais la forêt sera précipitée sous la grêle, Et la ville profondément abaissée.
20 Heureux vous qui partout semez le long des eaux, Et qui laissez sans entraves le pied du boeuf et de l’âne!

Isaiah 32
1 Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
2 And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
3 And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
4 The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
5 The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
6 For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the Lord, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
7 The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
8 But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.
9 Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.
10 Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.
11 Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins.
12 They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.
13 Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city:
14 Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
15 Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
16 Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
17 And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
18 And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
19 When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.
20 Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.
