Ezekyel 29
1 Sou douzyèm jou nan dizyèm mwa, dizyèm lanne depi yo te depòte nou an, Seyè a pale avè m’, li di m’ konsa:
2 -Nonm o! Vire tèt ou gade nan direksyon peyi Lejip. Bay mesaj sa a sou farawon an, wa peyi Lejip la, ak sou tout peyi Lejip.
3 Pale avè l’. Di li men mesaj Seyè sèl Mèt la voye ba li. -Ou menm farawon an, wa peyi Lejip, mwen pral leve dèyè ou tou. Ou tankou yon gwo kayiman ki kouche nan larivyè Nil la. Ou di se pou ou larivyè Nil la ye, se ou ki fè l’.
4 Mwen pral kwoke yon zen antravè nan machwè ou. Tout pwason larivyè a pral kole sou ou. Lèfini, m’ap rale ou soti nan larivyè a ak tout pwason yo kole sou ou.
5 Mwen pral voye ou jete ansanm ak tout pwason yo nan dezè a. Ou pral tonbe atè a. Yo p’ap ranmase ou, ni yo p’ap antere ou. M’ap fè ou rete la pou zwezo nan syèl ak bèt nan bwa vin manje ou.
6 Lè sa a, tout moun peyi Lejip yo va konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a. Seyè a di ankò: -Moun pèp Izrayèl yo te konte sou ou, men ou pa t’ pi solid pase yon baton wozo.
7 Lè yo apiye sou ou, ou kase nan men yo, ou dechire tout po men yo. Wi, lè yo apiye sou ou, yo tonbe, ren yo kase.
8 Se poutèt sa, koulye a, men sa Seyè sèl Mèt la di ou: Mwen pral voye moun atake ou avèk nepe. Yo pral touye dènye moun ak dènye bèt lakay ou.
9 Peyi Lejip la pral tounen yon dezè kote moun pa rete, yon pil mazi. Lè sa a, y’a konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a. Ou te di se pou ou Nil la ye, se ou ki fè l’.
10 Enben, mwen pral leve dèyè ni ou, ni Nil ou a. Mwen pral fè peyi Lejip la tounen yon pil mazi, yon dezè kote moun pa rete depi lavil Migdòl nan nò jouk lavil Aswan nan sid, rive desann sou fwontyè peyi Letiopi.
11 p’ap rete yon moun ni yon bèt nan peyi a. Pandan karant lanne peyi a ap rete san yon moun ladan l’.
12 M’ap fè peyi Lejip la tounen peyi ki pi devaste sou tout latè. Pandan karant lanne tout lavil peyi Lejip yo pral tounen mazi. Y’ap kraze pi mal pase mazi nenpòt ki lòt lavil ki devaste. Mwen pral depòte moun peyi Lejip yo nan lòt nasyon. M’ap gaye yo nan divès lòt peyi.
13 Men sa Seyè sèl Mèt la di ankò: Apre karantan, m’ap pase men pran moun peyi Lejip yo nan mitan lòt nasyon kote mwen te gaye yo a,
14 m’ap mennen yo tounen lakay yo. M’ap fè yo al rete nan zòn Patwòs la, kote zansèt yo te soti a. Y’ap fòme yon ti peyi tou fèb.
15 Lè sa a, se va pi piti peyi nan tout peyi sou latè. Li p’ap janm rive donminen ankenn lòt nasyon. L’ap tèlman fèb, li p’ap janm ka fòse ankenn lòt nasyon fè volonte li.
16 Pèp Izrayèl la p’ap janm bezwen konte sou li ankò. Sa va fè pèp Izrayèl la chonje jan li te gen tò pou l’ te fye moun sa yo. Lè sa a, y’a konnen se mwen menm Seyè a ki sèl Mèt la.
17 Nan premye jou nan premye mwa, vennsetyèm lanne depi yo te depòte nou an, Seyè a pale avè m’, li di m’ konsa:
18 -Nonm o! Nèbikadneza, wa Babilòn lan, fè lame l’ la fè yon gwo jefò pou y’ al atake lavil Tir. Li fè sòlda yo travay sitèlman nan pote chay lou, yo pèdi tout cheve nan mitan tèt yo, tout zepòl yo kòche. Men, ni wa a, ni lame l’ la pa soti ak anyen apre gwo atak sa a yo te fè sou lavil la.
19 Se poutèt sa, men sa Seyè sèl Mèt la di: Mwen pral bay Nèbikadneza, wa Babilòn lan, peyi Lejip la pou li. Li pral pran tout richès li yo, l’ap mete men sou tou sa li jwenn, l’ap piye peyi a nèt: Se konsa l’a peye sòlda li yo.
20 Wi, pou tout gwo sèvis li rann mwen yo, m’ap fè l’ kado peyi Lejip la. Paske, se pou mwen yo t’ap travay. Se mwen menm Seyè sèl Mèt la ki di sa.
21 Lè sa a, m’ap fè pèp Izrayèl la pran fòs. Ou menm menm, Ezekyèl, m’ap ba ou lizay lapawòl ankò pou tout moun ka tande ou. Konsa, y’a konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a.

1 La dixième année, le douzième jour du dixième mois, la parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
2 Fils de l’homme, tourne ta face vers Pharaon, roi d’Égypte, Et prophétise contre lui et contre toute l’Égypte!
3 Parle, et tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Voici, j’en veux à toi, Pharaon, roi d’Égypte, Grand crocodile, qui te couches au milieu de tes fleuves, Et qui dis: Mon fleuve est à moi, c’est moi qui l’ai fait!
4 Je mettrai une boucle à tes mâchoires, J’attacherai à tes écailles les poissons de tes fleuves, Et je te tirerai du milieu de tes fleuves, Avec tous les poissons qui s’y trouvent Et qui seront attachés à tes écailles.
5 Je te jetterai dans le désert, Toi et tous les poissons de tes fleuves. Tu tomberas sur la face des champs, Tu ne seras ni relevé ni ramassé; Aux bêtes de la terre et aux oiseaux du ciel Je te donnerai pour pâture.
6 Et tous les habitants de l’Égypte sauront que je suis l’Éternel, Parce qu’ils ont été un soutien de roseau pour la maison d’Israël.
7 Lorsqu’ils t’ont pris dans la main, tu t’es rompu, Et tu leur as déchiré toute l’épaule; Lorsqu’ils se sont appuyés sur toi, tu t’es brisé, Et tu as rendu leurs reins immobiles.
8 C’est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Voici, je ferai venir contre toi l’épée, Et j’exterminerai du milieu de toi les hommes et les bêtes.
9 Le pays d’Égypte deviendra une solitude et un désert. Et ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel, Parce qu’il a dit: Le fleuve est à moi, c’est moi qui l’ai fait!
10 C’est pourquoi voici, j’en veux à toi et à tes fleuves, Et je ferai du pays d’Égypte un désert et une solitude, Depuis Migdol jusqu’à Syène et aux frontières de l’Éthiopie.
11 Nul pied d’homme n’y passera, Nul pied d’animal n’y passera, Et il restera quarante ans sans être habité.
12 Je ferai du pays d’Égypte une solitude entre les pays dévastés, Et ses villes seront désertes entre les villes désertes, Pendant quarante ans. Je répandrai les Égyptiens parmi les nations, Je les disperserai en divers pays.
13 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Au bout de quarante ans je rassemblerai les Égyptiens Du milieu des peuples où ils auront été dispersés.
14 Je ramènerai les captifs de l’Égypte, Je les ramènerai dans le pays de Pathros, Dans le pays de leur origine, Et là ils formeront un faible royaume.
15 Ce sera le moindre des royaumes, Et il ne s’élèvera plus au-dessus des nations, Je les diminuerai, afin qu’ils ne dominent pas sur les nations.
16 Ce royaume ne sera plus pour la maison d’Israël un sujet de confiance; Il lui rappellera son iniquité, quand elle se tournait vers eux. Et ils sauront que je suis le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
17 La vingt-septième année, le premier jour du premier mois, la parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
18 Fils de l’homme, Nebucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, A fait faire à son armée un service pénible contre Tyr; Toutes les têtes sont chauves, toutes les épaules sont écorchées; Et il n’a retiré de Tyr aucun salaire, ni lui, ni son armée, Pour le service qu’il a fait contre elle.
19 C’est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Voici, je donne à Nebucadnetsar, roi de Babylone, Le pays d’Égypte; Il en emportera les richesses, Il en prendra les dépouilles, Il en pillera le butin; Ce sera un salaire pour son armée.
20 Pour prix du service qu’il a fait contre Tyr, Je lui donne le pays d’Égypte; Car ils ont travaillé pour moi, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
21 En ce jour-là, je donnerai de la force à la maison d’Israël, Et je t’ouvrirai la bouche au milieu d’eux; Et ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel.

Ezekiel 29
1 In the tenth year, in the tenth month, in the twelfth day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, set thy face against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and prophesy against him, and against all Egypt:
3 Speak, and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon that lieth in the midst of his rivers, which hath said, My river is mine own, and I have made it for myself.
4 But I will put hooks in thy jaws, and I will cause the fish of thy rivers to stick unto thy scales, and I will bring thee up out of the midst of thy rivers, and all the fish of thy rivers shall stick unto thy scales.
5 And I will leave thee thrown into the wilderness, thee and all the fish of thy rivers: thou shalt fall upon the open fields; thou shalt not be brought together, nor gathered: I have given thee for meat to the beasts of the field and to the fowls of the heaven.
6 And all the inhabitants of Egypt shall know that I am the Lord, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel.
7 When they took hold of thee by thy hand, thou didst break, and rend all their shoulder: and when they leaned upon thee, thou brakest, and madest all their loins to be at a stand.
8 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will bring a sword upon thee, and cut off man and beast out of thee.
9 And the land of Egypt shall be desolate and waste; and they shall know that I am the Lord: because he hath said, The river is mine, and I have made it.
10 Behold, therefore I am against thee, and against thy rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt utterly waste and desolate, from the tower of Syene even unto the border of Ethiopia.
11 No foot of man shall pass through it, nor foot of beast shall pass through it, neither shall it be inhabited forty years.
12 And I will make the land of Egypt desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities among the cities that are laid waste shall be desolate forty years: and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries.
13 Yet thus saith the Lord God; At the end of forty years will I gather the Egyptians from the people whither they were scattered:
14 And I will bring again the captivity of Egypt, and will cause them to return into the land of Pathros, into the land of their habitation; and they shall be there a base kingdom.
15 It shall be the basest of the kingdoms; neither shall it exalt itself any more above the nations: for I will diminish them, that they shall no more rule over the nations.
16 And it shall be no more the confidence of the house of Israel, which bringeth their iniquity to remembrance, when they shall look after them: but they shall know that I am the Lord God.
17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:
19 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
20 I have given him the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they wrought for me, saith the Lord God.
21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
