Sòm 85
1 Pou chèf sanba yo. Se yon sòm pitit Kore yo. Seyè, ou te bon pou peyi ou la! Ou te mennen pitit Jakòb ki te prizonye yo tounen!
2 Ou te padonnen tou sa yo te fè ki mal, ou te efase tout peche yo.
3 Ou pa t’ fache sou yo ankò! Ou te sispann fè kòlè sou yo!
4 Mete nou kanpe sou de pye nou ankò! O Bondye, ou menm ki delivrans nou! Ou pa bezwen fache sou nou ankò!
5 Eske w’ap toujou rete fache sou nou? Eske ou p’ap janm byen ak nou ankò?
6 Eske ou p’ap ban nou lavi ankò, pou pèp ou ka fè fèt pou ou?
7 Seyè, fè nou wè jan ou renmen nou! Delivre nou non!
8 M’ap koute sa Seyè, Bondye a, ap di: Li pale ak pèp li a, ak moun ki kenbe l’ fèm yo, li pwomèt pou l’ fè yo viv ak kè poze, depi yo pa janm lage kò yo nan fè betiz ankò.
9 Wi, li pare pou l’ delivre moun ki gen krentif pou li, pou l’ fè yo santi pouvwa li, pou l’ toujou la avèk yo.
10 Lè sa a nan peyi a, moun yo yonn va renmen lòt, pesonn p’ap bay lòt manti ankò. Moun va viv byen yonn ak lòt, pesonn p’ap fè lòt lenjistis ankò!
11 Sou latè moun p’ap vire do bay Bondye. Bondye menm, bò pa li, va rete nan syèl la, l’a gade anba san patipri.
12 Seyè a va fè nou jwenn tout kalite bon bagay. Jaden nou yo va bay bèl rekòt.
13 Moun k’ap mache dwat yo va pran devan. Kote yo pase moun ap viv byen yonn ak lòt.

Psaumes 85
1 Au chef des chantres. Des fils de Koré. Psaume. Tu as été favorable à ton pays, ô Éternel! Tu as ramené les captifs de Jacob;
2 Tu as pardonné l’iniquité de ton peuple, Tu as couvert tous ses péchés; Pause.
3 Tu as retiré toute ta fureur, Tu es revenu de l’ardeur de ta colère.
4 Rétablis-nous, Dieu de notre salut! Cesse ton indignation contre nous!
5 T’irriteras-tu contre nous à jamais? Prolongeras-tu ta colère éternellement?
6 Ne nous rendras-tu pas à la vie, Afin que ton peuple se réjouisse en toi?
7 Éternel! fais-nous voir ta bonté, Et accorde-nous ton salut!
8 J’écouterai ce que dit Dieu, l’Éternel; Car il parle de paix à son peuple et à ses fidèles, Pourvu qu’ils ne retombent pas dans la folie.
9 Oui, son salut est près de ceux qui le craignent, Afin que la gloire habite dans notre pays.
10 La bonté et la fidélité se rencontrent, La justice et la paix s’embrassent;
11 La fidélité germe de la terre, Et la justice regarde du haut des cieux.
12 L’Éternel aussi accordera le bonheur, Et notre terre donnera ses fruits.
13 La justice marchera devant lui, Et imprimera ses pas sur le chemin.

Psalm 85
1 Lord, thou hast been favourable unto thy land: thou hast brought back the captivity of Jacob.
2 Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
3 Thou hast taken away all thy wrath: thou hast turned thyself from the fierceness of thine anger.
4 Turn us, O God of our salvation, and cause thine anger toward us to cease.
5 Wilt thou be angry with us for ever? wilt thou draw out thine anger to all generations?
6 Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee?
7 Shew us thy mercy, O Lord, and grant us thy salvation.
8 I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.
9 Surely his salvation is nigh them that fear him; that glory may dwell in our land.
10 Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.
11 Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.
12 Yea, the Lord shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.
13 Righteousness shall go before him; and shall set us in the way of his steps.
