Sòm 112
1 Lwanj pou Seyè a! Ala bon sa bon pou moun ki gen krentif pou Seyè a, ki pran tout plezi l’ nan fè sa li mande!
2 Pitit li yo va grannèg nan peyi a. Bondye ap toujou voye benediksyon sou pitit moun ki mache dwat devan li.
3 Li alèz lakay li, li gen anpil richès. L’ap toujou fè sa ki dwat devan Bondye.
4 Nan mitan fènwa a, yon limyè klere pou moun ki mache dwat yo, pou moun ki gen kè sansib, moun ki gen bon kè ak moun ki pa nan patipri.
5 Ala bon sa bon pou moun ki gen bon kè, pou moun ki konn prete moun, pou moun ki mennen trafik li san fè vis!
6 Li p’ap janm bite. Yo p’ap janm bliye l’.
7 Kè l’ p’ap kase lè li pran move nouvèl. Li gen yon konfyans fèm nan Seyè a.
8 Anyen p’ap brannen l’, li pa pè anyen. Se konsa l’ap kanpe gade moun ki pa vle wè l’ yo.
9 Li bay moun ki nan nesesite san gad dèyè. L’ap toujou fè sa ki dwat devan Bondye. L’ap gen pouvwa, y’ap respekte l’.
10 Lè mechan wè sa, li move. li manje dan l’, kè l’ grenn. Tou sa mechan an t’ap tann lan pa rive.

Psaumes 112
1 Louez l’Éternel! Heureux l’homme qui craint l’Éternel, Qui trouve un grand plaisir à ses commandements.
2 Sa postérité sera puissante sur la terre, La génération des hommes droits sera bénie.
3 Il a dans sa maison bien-être et richesse, Et sa justice subsiste à jamais.
4 La lumière se lève dans les ténèbres pour les hommes droits, Pour celui qui est miséricordieux, compatissant et juste.
5 Heureux l’homme qui exerce la miséricorde et qui prête. Qui règle ses actions d’après la justice.
6 Car il ne chancelle jamais; La mémoire du juste dure toujours.
7 Il ne craint point les mauvaises nouvelles; Son coeur est ferme, confiant en l’Éternel.
8 Son coeur est affermi; il n’a point de crainte, Jusqu’à ce qu’il mette son plaisir à regarder ses adversaires.
9 Il fait des largesses, il donne aux indigents; Sa justice subsiste à jamais; Sa tête s’élève avec gloire,
10 Le méchant le voit et s’irrite, Il grince les dents et se consume; Les désirs des méchants périssent.

Psalm 112
1 Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
2 His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.
4 Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
5 A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
6 Surely he shall not be moved for ever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
7 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.
8 His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
9 He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth for ever; his horn shall be exalted with honour.
10 The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
