1 Lè sa a, Moyiz ansanm ak tout chèf fanmi pèp Izrayèl yo bay pèp la lòd sa yo: -Se pou nou fè tou sa mwen mande nou fè jòdi a.
2 Lè n’a janbe lòt bò larivyè Jouden an, pou nou antre nan peyi Seyè a, Bondye nou an, ap ban nou an, n’a pran kèk gwo wòch, n’a mete yo kanpe, n’a blanchi yo ak lacho.
3 Apre sa, n’a ekri sou yo tout lòd ki nan lalwa sa a. Lè n’a fin antre nan peyi Seyè a, Bondye nou an, ap ban nou an, peyi kote lèt ak siwo myèl ap koule tankou dlo jan li te pwomèt zansèt nou yo,
4 lè n’a fin janbe lòt bò larivyè Jouden an, n’a kanpe wòch sa yo sou tèt mòn Ebal, jan mwen di nou li jòdi a. N’a blanchi yo ak lacho.
5 N’a pran wòch, n’a moute yon lòtèl la tou pou Seyè a, Bondye nou an. Pa travay wòch n’a pran pou n’ fè lòtèl la ak sizo.
6 Se pou n’ pran wòch yo konsa, jan nou jwenn yo a, pou nou bati lòtèl Seyè a, Bondye nou an. Se la n’a touye bèt nou ofri pou yo boule nèt pou Seyè a.
7 Se la n’a fè ofrann bèt pou yo touye pou di Bondye mesi. Se la n’a manje ofrann nou yo, se la n’a fè fèt devan Seyè a, Bondye nou an.
8 N’a ekri sou wòch yo tout lòd ki nan lalwa sa a. N’a ekri yo pou tout moun ka li yo.
9 Apre sa, Moyiz ansanm ak prèt moun Levi yo pale ak tout pèp la. Li di yo konsa: -Nou menm, moun pèp Izrayèl yo, fè yon ti silans pou mwen, tanpri. Koute byen. Depi jòdi a se pèp Seyè a, Bondye nou an, nou ye.
10 Se pou nou obeyi l’, se pou nou swiv tout lòd ak tout regleman mwen ban nou jòdi a.
11 Menm jou sa a, Moyiz bay pèp Izrayèl la lòd sa a:
12 -Lè n’a fin pase larivyè Jouden an, moun branch fanmi Simeyon, moun branch fanmi Levi, moun branch fanmi Jida, moun branch fanmi Isaka, moun branch fanmi Jozèf ak moun branch fanmi Benjamen yo va moute kanpe sou mòn Garizim lè y’ap beni pèp la.
13 Moun branch fanmi Woubenn, moun branch fanmi Gad, moun branch fanmi Asè, moun branch fanmi Zabilon, moun branch fanmi Dann ak moun branch fanmi Neftali yo va moute kanpe sou mòn Ebal lè y’ap bay pèp la madichon.
14 Moun Levi yo va pale ak pèp la, y’a rele byen fò pou tout moun ka tande:
15 -Madichon Bondye pou tout moun ki fè travay yon wòch ak sizo osinon fè fonn metal pou fè yon zidòl, epi lèfini ki kache l’ yon kote pou l’ fè sèvis pou li. Se yon bondye moun fè ak men yo. Seyè a pa vle wè bagay konsa! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
16 -Madichon pou moun ki derespekte manman l’ al papa l’! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
17 -Madichon pou moun ki deplase bòn tè yon moun pèp Izrayèl parèy li! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
18 -Madichon Bondye pou moun ki fè yon avèg pèdi chemen l’! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
19 -Madichon Bondye pou moun k’ap fè pasdwa sou moun lòt nasyon yo, sou timoun ki san papa ak sou vèv yo! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
20 -Madichon Bondye pou tout gason ki va kouche ak madanm papa l’, paske se avili l’ap avili papa l’! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
21 -Madichon Bondye pou tout moun ki kwaze ak nenpòt ki bèt! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
22 -Madichon Bondye pou tout moun ki kouche avèk sè li, kit se pitit fi papa l’, kit se pitit fi manman l’! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
23 -Madichon Bondye pou moun ki kouche ak bèlmè li, manman madanm li! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
24 -Madichon Bondye pou moun ki touye yon lòt moun Izrayèl parèy li an kachèt! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
25 -Madichon Bondye pou moun ki asepte lajan pou touye yon inonsan! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!
26 -Madichon Bondye pou moun ki pa kenbe pawòl ki nan lalwa a, ki pa fè sa yo di ladan l’! Tout pèp la va reponn: -Se sa menm! Nou dakò!

Deuteronome 27
1 Moïse et les anciens d’Israël donnèrent cet ordre au peuple: Observez tous les commandements que je vous prescris aujourd’hui.
2 Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, pour entrer dans le pays que l’Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, tu dresseras de grandes pierres, et tu les enduiras de chaux.
3 Tu écriras sur ces pierres toutes les paroles de cette loi, lorsque tu auras passé le Jourdain, pour entrer dans le pays que l’Éternel, ton Dieu, te donne, pays où coulent le lait et le miel, comme te l’a dit l’Éternel, le Dieu de tes pères.
4 Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, vous dresserez sur le mont Ébal ces pierres que je vous ordonne aujourd’hui de dresser, et tu les enduiras de chaux.
5 Là, tu bâtiras un autel à l’Éternel, ton Dieu, un autel de pierres, sur lesquelles tu ne porteras point le fer;
6 tu bâtiras en pierres brutes l’autel de l’Éternel, ton Dieu. Tu offriras sur cet autel des holocaustes à l’Éternel, ton Dieu;
7 tu offriras des sacrifices d’actions de grâces, et tu mangeras là et te réjouiras devant l’Éternel, ton Dieu.
8 Tu écriras sur ces pierres toutes les paroles de cette loi, en les gravant bien nettement.
9 Moïse et les sacrificateurs, les Lévites, parlèrent à tout Israël, et dirent: Israël, sois attentif et écoute! Aujourd’hui, tu es devenu le peuple de l’Éternel, ton Dieu.
10 Tu obéiras à la voix de l’Éternel, ton Dieu, et tu mettras en pratique ses commandements et ses lois que je le prescris aujourd’hui.
11 Le même jour, Moïse donna cet ordre au peuple:
12 Lorsque vous aurez passé le Jourdain, Siméon, Lévi, Juda, Issacar, Joseph et Benjamin, se tiendront sur le mont Garizim, pour bénir le peuple;
13 et Ruben, Gad, Aser, Zabulon, Dan et Nephthali, se tiendront sur le mont Ébal, pour prononcer la malédiction.
14 Et les lévites prendront la parole, et diront d’une voix haute à tout Israël:
15 Maudit soit l’homme qui fait une image taillée ou une image en fonte, abomination de l’Éternel, oeuvre des mains d’un artisan, et qui la place dans un lieu secret! Et tout le peuple répondra, et dira: Amen!
16 Maudit soit celui qui méprise son père et sa mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
17 Maudit soit celui qui déplace les bornes de son prochain! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
18 Maudit soit celui qui fait égarer un aveugle dans le chemin! Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
19 Maudit soit celui qui porte atteinte au droit de l’étranger, de l’orphelin et de la veuve! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
20 Maudit soit celui qui couche avec la femme de son père, car il soulève la couverture de son père! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
21 Maudit soit celui qui couche avec une bête quelconque! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
22 Maudit soit celui qui couche avec sa soeur, fille de son père ou fille de sa mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
23 Maudit soit celui qui couche avec sa belle-mère! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
24 Maudit soit celui qui frappe son prochain en secret! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
25 Maudit soit celui qui reçoit un présent pour répandre le sang de l’innocent! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!
26 Maudit soit celui qui n’accomplit point les paroles de cette loi, et qui ne les met point en pratique! -Et tout le peuple dira: Amen!

Deuteronomy 27
1 And Moses with the elders of Israel commanded the people, saying, Keep all the commandments which I command you this day.
2 And it shall be on the day when ye shall pass over Jordan unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, that thou shalt set thee up great stones, and plaister them with plaister:
3 And thou shalt write upon them all the words of this law, when thou art passed over, that thou mayest go in unto the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, a land that floweth with milk and honey; as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee.
4 Therefore it shall be when ye be gone over Jordan, that ye shall set up these stones, which I command you this day, in mount Ebal, and thou shalt plaister them with plaister.
5 And there shalt thou build an altar unto the Lord thy God, an altar of stones: thou shalt not lift up any iron tool upon them.
6 Thou shalt build the altar of the Lord thy God of whole stones: and thou shalt offer burnt offerings thereon unto the Lord thy God:
7 And thou shalt offer peace offerings, and shalt eat there, and rejoice before the Lord thy God.
8 And thou shalt write upon the stones all the words of this law very plainly.
9 And Moses and the priests the Levites spake unto all Israel, saying, Take heed, and hearken, O Israel; this day thou art become the people of the Lord thy God.
10 Thou shalt therefore obey the voice of the Lord thy God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
11 And Moses charged the people the same day, saying,
12 These shall stand upon mount Gerizim to bless the people, when ye are come over Jordan; Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Joseph, and Benjamin:
13 And these shall stand upon mount Ebal to curse; Reuben, Gad, and Asher, and Zebulun, Dan, and Naphtali.
14 And the Levites shall speak, and say unto all the men of Israel with a loud voice,
15 Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image, an abomination unto the Lord, the work of the hands of the craftsman, and putteth it in a secret place. And all the people shall answer and say, Amen.
16 Cursed be he that setteth light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.
17 Cursed be he that removeth his neighbour’s landmark. And all the people shall say, Amen.
18 Cursed be he that maketh the blind to wander out of the way. And all the people shall say, Amen.
19 Cursed be he that perverteth the judgment of the stranger, fatherless, and widow. And all the people shall say, Amen.
20 Cursed be he that lieth with his father’s wife; because he uncovereth his father’s skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen.
21 Cursed be he that lieth with any manner of beast. And all the people shall say, Amen.
22 Cursed be he that lieth with his sister, the daughter of his father, or the daughter of his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.
23 Cursed be he that lieth with his mother in law. And all the people shall say, Amen.
24 Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.
25 Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
26 Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.
