1 Lwanj pou Seyè a! Nou menm k’ap sèvi Seyè a, fè lwanj li!
2 Se pou nou nonmen non l’ depi koulye a epi pou tout tan tout tan.
3 Depi kote solèy leve jouk kote solèy kouche, se pou yo fè lwanj Seyè a!
4 Seyè a dominen sou tout nasyon yo. Pouvwa li moute pi wo pase syèl la.
5 Pa gen tankou Seyè a, Bondye nou an. Li chita anwo nèt.
6 Li bese je l’ pou l’ wè sa k’ap pase nan syèl la ak sou latè a.
7 Li bay pòv malere a men pou fè l’ leve soti nan pousyè a. Li wete l’ nan mizè.
8 Li fè l’ chita menm kote ak chèf yo, wi, sou menm tab ak chèf pèp li a.
9 Li bay fanm ki pa ka fè pitit la yon fanmi. Li fè kè l’ kontan lakay li, li ba l’ pitit. Lwanj pou Seyè a!

1 Louez l’Éternel! Serviteurs de l’Éternel, louez, Louez le nom de l’Éternel!
2 Que le nom de l’Éternel soit béni, Dès maintenant et à jamais!
3 Du lever du soleil jusqu’à son couchant, Que le nom de l’Éternel soit célébré!
4 L’Éternel est élevé au-dessus de toutes les nations, Sa gloire est au-dessus des cieux.
5 Qui est semblable à l’Éternel, notre Dieu? Il a sa demeure en haut;
6 Il abaisse les regards Sur les cieux et sur la terre.
7 De la poussière il retire le pauvre, Du fumier il relève l’indigent,
8 Pour les faire asseoir avec les grands, Avec les grands de son peuple.
9 Il donne une maison à celle qui était stérile, Il en fait une mère joyeuse au milieu de ses enfants. Louez l’Éternel!

1 Praise ye the Lord. Praise, O ye servants of the Lord, praise the name of the Lord.
2 Blessed be the name of the Lord from this time forth and for evermore.
3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the Lord‘s name is to be praised.
4 The Lord is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.
5 Who is like unto the Lord our God, who dwelleth on high,
6 Who humbleth himself to behold the things that are in heaven, and in the earth!
7 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;
8 That he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the Lord.
