1 Seyè a pale ak Moyiz, li di l’ konsa:
2 -Pale ak moun pèp Izrayèl yo, w’a di yo pou mwen: Lè yon moun pran angajman pou l’ ofri yon moun bay Seyè a, se nou menm ki pou fikse kantite lajan pou yo bay nan plas moun lan, dapre sistèm yo sèvi nan tanp lan.
3 Men ki jan n’a fè sa: Pou yon gason ki gen ant ventan al swasantan, se va senkant pyès ajan.
4 Pou yon fanm menm laj la, se va trant pyès ajan
5 Pou yon jenn gason ki gen ant senkan al ventan, se va vin pyès ajan. Pou yon jenn fi ki gen menm laj la, se va dis pyès ajan.
6 Pou yon timoun ki gen ant yon mwa al senkan, si se yon gason se va senk pyès ajan. Pou yon ti fi menm laj la, se va twa pyès ajan
7 Pou yon gason ki depase swasantan, se va kenz pyès ajan. Pou yon fanm menm laj la, se va dis pyès ajan.
8 Men, si moun ki te pran angajman an pa gen kont lajan pou peye valè nou mande a, l’a mennen moun li te pwomèt bay la bay prèt la. Prèt la va fè yon lòt pri, dapre sa moun lan ka peye.
9 Si se yon bèt yon moun pran angajman pou l’ ofri bay Seyè a, nenpòt kisa l’a bay Seyè a va rete apa nèt pou Seyè a.
10 Li p’ap ka chanje yon move pou yon bon. Li p’ap ka bay yon lòt bèt nan plas sa li te pwomèt la. Si li fè sa, tou de bèt yo, ni sa li te di l’ap bay anvan an, ni sa li ta vle bay nan plas li a, va rete apa pou Seyè a.
11 Men, si bèt li te pran angajman ofri a se yon bèt ki pa ka sèvi ofrann pou Seyè a, l’a mennen bèt la bay prèt la.
12 Prèt la va fè pri bèt la dapre jan l’ wè bèt la. Lè l’a fin fè pri bèt la, pri l’ mande a, se sa y’a peye pou li.
13 Men, si moun ki te fè ofrann lan ta vle achte bèt la ankò, l’a peye pri prèt la te fikse a plis ven pou san (20%) lavalè.
14 Lè yon moun ap mete kay li apa pou Seyè a, prèt la va fè pri kay la dapre jan l’ wè kay la. Lè l’a fin fè pri a, pri l’ mande a, se sa pou yo bay.
15 Men, si moun k’ap mete kay la apa pou Seyè a ta vle achte kay la ankò, l’a peye pri prèt la te fikse a, plis ven pou san (20%) lavalè. Epi y’a renmèt li kay li.
16 Si yon moun pran yon pòsyon nan jaden l’ epi li mete l’ apa pou Seyè a, w’a fè pri pòsyon tè a dapre kantite grenn yo ka simen ladan l’. Pou chak barik grenn lòj yo ka simen, l’a bay dis pyès ajan.
17 Si li fè ofrann lan apre yo fèk fin fete lanne rejwisans lan, se pou l’ peye tout pri a nèt.
18 Men, si li fè l’ kèk tan apre yo fin fete lanne rejwisans lan, prèt la va kalkile pri a sou kantite lanne ki rete anvan yo fete lanne rejwisans k’ap vini an, konsa l’a desann premye pri li te bay la.
19 Si moun ki mete pòsyon tè a apa pou Seyè a ta vle achte tè a ankò, l’a peye pri yo te bay pou tè a plis ven pou san (20%). Epi tè a va rete pou li.
20 Men, si yo te gen tan vann tè a bay yon lòt moun anvan li menm li te mande achte l’ ankò, li p’ap ka achte l’ ankò.
21 Yon tè konsa, lè lanne rejwisans lan va rive, pase yo renmèt li nan men premye mèt li, l’ap rete yon bagay apa pou Seyè a, yon jaden pesonn p’ap ka manyen. L’a rete pou prèt yo.
22 Si yon moun pran yon jaden li menm li te achte, yon jaden ki pa jaden eritye, epi li mete l’ apa pou Seyè a,
23 prèt la va kalkile pri jaden an sou kantite lanne ki rete anvan yo fete lanne rejwisans k’ap vini an, epi moun lan va peye lajan an menm jou a. Lajan sa a va rete apa nèt pou Seyè a.
24 Lè lanne rejwisans lan va rive, jaden an va tounen pou premye mèt la osinon pou pitit premye mèt la.
25 Y’a fè tout pri yo dapre sistèm lajan yo sèvi nan kote yo mete apa pou Bondye a: yon gwo pyès pou ven ti pyès.
26 Pesonn p’ap ka pran angajman pou yo ofri Seyè a premye pitit mal yon bèt fè paske li deja pou Seyè a. Kit se premye pitit bèf, kit se premye pitit mouton osinon kabrit, se pou Seyè a yo ye.
27 Men, si se premye pitit yon bèt ki pa ka sèvi ofrann pou Seyè a, y’a ka achte l’ ankò nan men Seyè a pou pri n’a fikse a, plis ven pou san (20%) lavalè. Men, si moun lan pa vle achte l’ ankò pou tèt li, y’a vann yon lòt moun li pou pri n’a fikse a.
28 Tou sa yon moun mete apa nèt pou Seyè a, kit se yon moun, kit se yon bèt, kit se yon jaden, li pa ka vann li ni li pa ka reachte l’. Bagay la fèt pou l’ rete la, apa nèt pou Seyè a. Pesonn p’ap ka manyen l’.
29 Si se yon moun yo vle ki pou rete apa nèt pou Seyè a, yo p’ap ka reachte l’. Se touye pou yo touye moun sa a.
30 N’a mete dis pou san (10%) nan tout rekòt jaden nou apa pou Seyè a, li te mèt rekòt jaden nou fè nou menm, osinon rekòt pyebwa ki donnen nan jaden nou. Se pou Seyè a dis pou san sa yo ye.
31 Si yon moun vle achte pou li menm kichòy nan dis pou san (10%) ki pou Seyè a, la peye pri bagay la plis ven pou san (20%) lavalè.
32 Sou chak dis bèt, li te mèt bèf, kabrit osinon mouton n’ap gade, gen yonn ki pou Seyè a. Sa vle di lè n’ap konte bèf nou yo, n’a konte yo pa dis. Konsa, chak fwa nou rive sou dizyèm lan, n’a mete l’ apa pou Seyè a.
33 Nou pa bezwen konnen si li bon si li pa bon, ni nou pa bezwen pran yon lòt mete nan plas li. Si nou vle chanje yon bèt, ni sa nou ta vle chanje a, ni sa nou ta renmen bay nan plas li a, tou de va pou Seyè a. Epitou nou p’ap ka reachte yo ankò.
34 Men tout regleman Seyè a te bay Moyiz pou moun pèp Izrayèl yo sou mòn Sinayi a.

1 L’Éternel parla à Moïse, et dit:
2 Parle aux enfants d’Israël, et tu leur diras: Lorsqu’on fera des voeux, s’il s’agit de personnes, elles seront à l’Éternel d’après ton estimation.
3 Si tu as à faire l’estimation d’un mâle de vingt à soixante ans, ton estimation sera de cinquante sicles d’argent, selon le sicle du sanctuaire;
4 si c’est une femme, ton estimation sera de trente sicles.
5 De cinq à vingt ans, ton estimation sera de vingt sicles pour un mâle, et de dix sicles pour une fille.
6 D’un mois à cinq ans, ton estimation sera de cinq sicles d’argent pour un mâle, et de trois sicles d’argent pour une fille.
7 De soixante ans et au-dessus, ton estimation sera de quinze sicles pour un mâle, et de dix sicles pour une femme.
8 Si celui qui a fait le voeu est trop pauvre pour payer ton estimation, on le présentera au sacrificateur, qui le taxera, et le sacrificateur fera une estimation en rapport avec les ressources de cet homme.
9 S’il s’agit d’animaux qui peuvent être offerts en sacrifice à l’Éternel, tout animal qu’on donnera à l’Éternel sera chose sainte.
10 On ne le changera point, et l’on n’en mettra point un mauvais à la place d’un bon ni un bon à la place d’un mauvais; si l’on remplace un animal par un autre, ils seront l’un et l’autre chose sainte.
11 S’il s’agit d’animaux impurs, qui ne peuvent être offerts en sacrifice à l’Éternel, on présentera l’animal au sacrificateur,
12 qui en fera l’estimation selon qu’il sera bon ou mauvais, et l’on s’en rapportera à l’estimation du sacrificateur.
13 Si on veut le racheter, on ajoutera un cinquième à son estimation.
14 Si quelqu’un sanctifie sa maison en la consacrant à l’Éternel, le sacrificateur en fera l’estimation selon qu’elle sera bonne ou mauvaise, et l’on s’en tiendra à l’estimation du sacrificateur.
15 Si celui qui a sanctifié sa maison veut la racheter, il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de son estimation, et elle sera à lui.
16 Si quelqu’un sanctifie à l’Éternel un champ de sa propriété, ton estimation sera en rapport avec la quantité de semence, cinquante sicles d’argent pour un homer de semence d’orge.
17 Si c’est dès l’année du jubilé qu’il sanctifie son champ, on s’en tiendra à ton estimation;
18 si c’est après le jubilé qu’il sanctifie son champ, le sacrificateur en évaluera le prix à raison du nombre d’années qui restent jusqu’au jubilé, et il sera fait une réduction sur ton estimation.
19 Si celui qui a sanctifié son champ veut le racheter, il ajoutera un cinquième au prix de ton estimation, et le champ lui restera.
20 S’il ne rachète point le champ, et qu’on le vende à un autre homme, il ne pourra plus être racheté.
21 Et quand l’acquéreur en sortira au jubilé, ce champ sera consacré à l’Éternel, comme un champ qui a été dévoué; il deviendra la propriété du sacrificateur.
22 Si quelqu’un sanctifie à l’Éternel un champ qu’il a acquis et qui ne fait point partie de sa propriété,
23 le sacrificateur en évaluera le prix d’après ton estimation jusqu’à l’année du jubilé, et cet homme paiera le jour même le prix fixé, comme étant consacré à l’Éternel.
24 L’année du jubilé, le champ retournera à celui de qui il avait été acheté et de la propriété dont il faisait partie.
25 Toutes tes estimations se feront en sicles du sanctuaire: le sicle est de vingt guéras.
26 Nul ne pourra sanctifier le premier-né de son bétail, lequel appartient déjà à l’Éternel en sa qualité de premier-né; soit boeuf, soit agneau, il appartient à l’Éternel.
27 S’il s’agit d’un animal impur, on le rachètera au prix de ton estimation, en y ajoutant un cinquième; s’il n’est pas racheté, il sera vendu d’après ton estimation.
28 Tout ce qu’un homme dévouera par interdit à l’Éternel, dans ce qui lui appartient, ne pourra ni se vendre, ni se racheter, que ce soit une personne, un animal, ou un champ de sa propriété; tout ce qui sera dévoué par interdit sera entièrement consacré à l’Éternel.
29 Aucune personne dévouée par interdit ne pourra être rachetée, elle sera mise à mort.
30 Toute dîme de la terre, soit des récoltes de la terre, soit du fruit des arbres, appartient à l’Éternel; c’est une chose consacrée à l’Éternel.
31 Si quelqu’un veut racheter quelque chose de sa dîme, il y ajoutera un cinquième.
32 Toute dîme de gros et de menu bétail, de tout ce qui passe sous la houlette, sera une dîme consacrée à l’Éternel.
33 On n’examinera point si l’animal est bon ou mauvais, et l’on ne fera point d’échange; si l’on remplace un animal par un autre, ils seront l’un et l’autre chose sainte, et ne pourront être rachetés.
34 Tels sont les commandements que l’Éternel donna à Moïse pour les enfants d’Israël, sur la montagne de Sinaï.

1 And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for the Lord by thy estimation.
3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.
5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 And if it be from sixty years old and above; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.
8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to his ability that vowed shall the priest value him.
9 And if it be a beast, whereof men bring an offering unto the Lord, all that any man giveth of such unto the Lord shall be holy.
10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the Lord, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
12 And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
13 But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the Lord, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
16 And if a man shall sanctify unto the Lord some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
19 And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
21 But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the Lord, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.
22 And if a man sanctify unto the Lord a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
23 Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the Lord.
24 In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
26 Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the Lord‘s firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the Lord‘s.
27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
28 Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the Lord of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the Lord.
29 None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord‘s: it is holy unto the Lord.
31 And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.
32 And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the Lord.
33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
34 These are the commandments, which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.
