Ezekyel 28
1 Seyè a pale avè m’ ankò, li di m’ konsa:
2 -Nonm o! Pale ak chèf peyi Tir la, di li: Men mesaj Seyè sèl Mèt la voye ba li: Lògèy vire lòlòj ou! Ou pretann di se yon bondye ou ye. Ou chita tankou Bondye sou fotèy ou, nan mitan lanmè. Ou mèt pran pòz bondye ou jan ou vle, se moun ou ye, ou pa Bondye.
3 Ou met nan tèt ou ou gen plis konprann pase Danèl. Pa gen sekrè ki kache pou ou.
4 Se bon konprann ou ak lespri ou genyen ki fè ou rich konsa. Ou ranmase bonkou lò ak ajan mete lakay ou.
5 Ou gen anpil ladrès nan fè kòmès, ou fè anpil lajan. Ou kite richès ou yo vire tèt ou.
6 Se poutèt sa, men sa Seyè sèl Mèt la voye di ou: Ou met nan tèt ou ou gen konprann tankou Bondye.
7 Enben, mwen pral fè moun lòt nasyon vin atake ou. San manman pase yo pa genyen. Yo pral kraze dènye bèl bagay ou te ranmase ak bon konprann ou an. Yo p’ap gen respè pou gwo pozisyon ou lan.
8 Yo pral touye ou. Ou pral mouri neye nan mitan lanmè.
9 Lè y’a vini pou yo touye ou la, w’a pretann di se yon bondye ou ye toujou? Pou moun k’ap touye ou yo, se moun w’ap ye. Ou p’ap yon bondye kras.
10 W’ap mouri tankou moun ki pa konn Bondye. Se moun lòt nasyon yo k’ap touye ou. Mwen fin pale. Se mwen menm, Seyè sèl Mèt la, ki di sa.
11 Seyè a pale avè m’ ankò, li di m’ konsa:
12 -Nonm o! Ou pral plenn sò k’ap tann wa peyi Tir la. Di li: Men mesaj Seyè sèl Mèt la voye ba ou: Te gen yon lè se ou ki te pi bon. Tout moun t’ap gade sou ou. Ou te gen bon konprann. Ou te yon bèl bagay nan je tout moun.
13 Ou t’ap viv nan jaden Edenn lan, jaden Bondye a. Ou te mete tout kalite bèl pyè koute chè sou ou: ribi, topaz, dyaman, krizolit, oniks, jasp, safi, malachi, emwòd. Tout bèl bijou ki te sou ou te fèt an lò. Se jou Bondye t’ap kreye ou la li te fè pare yo pou ou.
14 Mwen mete yon zanj cheriben avè ou pou pwoteje ou. Se sou mòn ki apa pou mwen an ou te rete. Ou mache nan mitan gwo dife.
15 Depi jou Bondye kreye ou la, ou pa t’ fè anyen pou yo te fè ou repwòch, jouk jou ou konmanse fè sa ki mal.
16 Pou fè kòmès ou mache, ou lage kò ou nan mechanste. Ou fè peche. Se konsa mwen mete ou deyò sou mòn ki apa pou mwen an. Ou pa t’ bon pou sèvis mwen ankò. Zanj mwen te chwazi pou pwoteje ou la mete ou deyò nan mitan boul dife yo.
17 Ou te wè jan ou te bèl, sa fè ou pèdi tèt ou. Paske ou te rive nan yon bèl pozisyon, ou tanmen aji tankou moun fou. Se poutèt sa mwen voye ou jete atè. Mwen kite ou la devan lòt wa yo pou yo wè sa ki rive ou.
18 Ou sitèlman fè mechanste ak vis nan kòmès ou yo, ou pa respekte ata tanp ou yo. Mwen mete dife nan lavil ou yo. Yo boule nèt. Tout moun ki t’ap gade ou yo wè ou tounen sann.
19 Tout moun ki te konnen ou nan lòt peyi yo sezi, yo pè pou sa ki rive ou la pa rive yo tou. Ou fini, ou fini nèt.
20 Seyè a pale avè m’ ankò, li di m’ konsa:
21 -Nonm o! Vire tèt ou gade nan direksyon lavil Sidon an. Denonse sa moun sa yo ap fè.
22 W’a di yo men mesaj Seyè sèl Mèt la voye ba yo: Nou menm, moun lavil Sidon, n’ap leve dèyè nou tou. Apre sa mwen pral fè nou an, moun pral fè lwanj mwen, y’a konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a, paske mwen pral pini moun ki rete nan lavil la. Konsa, m’a fè moun wè se yon Bondye apa mwen ye.
23 Mwen pral voye maladi sou yo. San moun pral koule nan tout lari. Lènmi ap soti toupatou vin atake yo. Moun pral mouri nan lavil la. Lè sa a, y’a konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a.
24 Seyè a di ankò: -Pèp Izrayèl la ap viv nan mitan yon bann nasyon ki pa vle wè l’. Yo tankou pikan raje k’ap grafiyen l’, men yo pral sispann giyonnen l’. Lè sa a, tout moun va konnen se mwen menm ki Seyè a, sèl Mèt la.
25 Seyè sèl Mèt la di ankò: -Mwen pral ranmase moun pèp Izrayèl yo nan mitan tout nasyon kote m’ te gaye yo a, m’ap mennen yo tounen. Konsa, mwen pral fè tout nasyon yo wè se yon Bondye apa mwen ye. Moun pèp Izrayèl yo va rete nan peyi mwen te bay Jakòb, sèvitè m’ lan.
26 Yo pral viv nan peyi a san danje, san malè. Yo pral bati kay, y’ap plante jaden rezen. M’ap pini tout nasyon ki rete toupre yo epi ki pa vle wè yo. Pèp Izrayèl la menm ap viv san danje, san malè. Lè sa a, y’a konnen se mwen menm, Seyè a, ki Bondye yo a.

1 La parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
2 Fils de l’homme, dis au prince de Tyr: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Ton coeur s’est élevé, et tu as dit: Je suis Dieu, Je suis assis sur le siège de Dieu, au sein des mers! Toi, tu es homme et non Dieu, Et tu prends ta volonté pour la volonté de Dieu.
3 Voici, tu es plus sage que Daniel, Rien de secret n’est caché pour toi;
4 Par ta sagesse et par ton intelligence Tu t’es acquis des richesses, Tu as amassé de l’or et de l’argent Dans tes trésors;
5 Par ta grande sagesse et par ton commerce Tu as accru tes richesses, Et par tes richesses ton coeur s’est élevé.
6 C’est pourquoi ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Parce que tu prends ta volonté pour la volonté de Dieu,
7 Voici, je ferai venir contre toi des étrangers, Les plus violents d’entre les peuples; Ils tireront l’épée contre ton éclatante sagesse, Et ils souilleront ta beauté.
8 Ils te précipiteront dans la fosse, Et tu mourras comme ceux qui tombent percés de coups, Au milieu des mers.
9 En face de ton meurtrier, diras-tu: Je suis Dieu? Tu seras homme et non Dieu Sous la main de celui qui te tuera.
10 Tu mourras de la mort des incirconcis, Par la main des étrangers. Car moi, j’ai parlé, Dit le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
11 La parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
12 Fils de l’homme, Prononce une complainte sur le roi de Tyr! Tu lui diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Tu mettais le sceau à la perfection, Tu étais plein de sagesse, parfait en beauté.
13 Tu étais en Éden, le jardin de Dieu; Tu étais couvert de toute espèce de pierres précieuses, De sardoine, de topaze, de diamant, De chrysolithe, d’onyx, de jaspe, De saphir, d’escarboucle, d’émeraude, et d’or; Tes tambourins et tes flûtes étaient à ton service, Préparés pour le jour où tu fus créé.
14 Tu étais un chérubin protecteur, aux ailes déployées; Je t’avais placé et tu étais sur la sainte montagne de Dieu; Tu marchais au milieu des pierres étincelantes.
15 Tu as été intègre dans tes voies, Depuis le jour où tu fus créé Jusqu’à celui où l’iniquité a été trouvée chez toi.
16 Par la grandeur de ton commerce Tu as été rempli de violence, et tu as péché; Je te précipite de la montagne de Dieu, Et je te fais disparaître, chérubin protecteur, Du milieu des pierres étincelantes.
17 Ton coeur s’est élevé à cause de ta beauté, Tu as corrompu ta sagesse par ton éclat; Je te jette par terre, Je te livre en spectacle aux rois.
18 Par la multitude de tes iniquités, Par l’injustice de ton commerce, Tu as profané tes sanctuaires; Je fais sortir du milieu de toi un feu qui te dévore, Je te réduis en cendre sur la terre, Aux yeux de tous ceux qui te regardent.
19 Tous ceux qui te connaissent parmi les peuples Sont dans la stupeur à cause de toi; Tu es réduit au néant, tu ne seras plus à jamais!
20 La parole de l’Éternel me fut adressée, en ces mots:
21 Fils de l’homme, tourne ta face vers Sidon, Et prophétise contre elle!
22 Tu diras: Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Voici, j’en veux à toi, Sidon! Je serai glorifié au milieu de toi; Et ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel, Quand j’exercerai mes jugements contre elle, Quand je manifesterai ma sainteté au milieu d’elle.
23 J’enverrai la peste dans son sein, Je ferai couler le sang dans ses rues; Les morts tomberont au milieu d’elle Par l’épée qui de toutes parts viendra la frapper. Et ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel.
24 Alors elle ne sera plus pour la maison d’Israël Une épine qui blesse, une ronce déchirante, Parmi tous ceux qui l’entourent et qui la méprisent. Et ils sauront que je suis le Seigneur, l’Éternel.
25 Ainsi parle le Seigneur, l’Éternel: Lorsque je rassemblerai la maison d’Israël du milieu des peuples où elle est dispersée, je manifesterai en elle ma sainteté aux yeux des nations, et ils habiteront leur pays que j’ai donné à mon serviteur Jacob.
26 Ils y habiteront en sécurité, et ils bâtiront des maisons et planteront des vignes; ils y habiteront en sécurité, quand j’exercerai mes jugements contre tous ceux qui les entourent et qui les méprisent. Et ils sauront que je suis l’Éternel, leur Dieu.

1 The word of the Lord came again unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord God; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:
3 Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:
4 With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures:
5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:
6 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.
10 Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord God.
11 Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.
20 Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
21 Son of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Zidon; and I will be glorified in the midst of thee: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be sanctified in her.
23 For I will send into her pestilence, and blood into her streets; and the wounded shall be judged in the midst of her by the sword upon her on every side; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
24 And there shall be no more a pricking brier unto the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn of all that are round about them, that despised them; and they shall know that I am the Lord God.
25 Thus saith the Lord God; When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the people among whom they are scattered, and shall be sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwell in their land that I have given to my servant Jacob.
26 And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall build houses, and plant vineyards; yea, they shall dwell with confidence, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despise them round about them; and they shall know that I am the Lord their God.
